How’s it hanging, Fallers? Have you been watching Alex Hirsch and Dana Terrace’s Charity Livestreams or pre-ordered your copy of the newly restocked and now lower priced Journal #3 Special Edition? Anyway, since I released the last update to the demo version of PinesQuest 2D I’ve gotten some fantastic feedback as well as bug reports, so I’ve gone ahead and patched it once again!
Version 0.2.2 Changelog:
Sign text on the last map of the first dungeon has been altered for additional clarity.
A sign has been added to the Mystery Shack exterior map directed towards the first dungeon.
Signs have been added to the hub room to indicate which doors lead to which areas.
Text when examining doors in the hub room has been altered to clarify that if a door will not open at the present time, the player should try another door instead.
A bug involving certain enemies dropping a completely blank item (no name, no picture, no description, no function) has been fixed.
Enemies in the third dungeon now drop a certain item as intended.
Mysterious Page #3 now functions correctly.
As always, thank you so much for supporting and following the development of PinesQuest 2D! Stay weird, Fallers!
