Demo v170901 (0.4.0) Released!


There are now actual options in the options menu!

  • Change the master volume in-game.

  • Change the amount of particle effects.

  • Change the amount of screen shake.

  • Switch between fullscreen and windowed mode.

Several new / remade sound effects.

First iteration of new visuals for the obstacles.

All enemies and obstacles are now pink, as not to confuse them with the red player in multiplayer modes with obstacles and enemies.

We also made new buttons for the menus, more in line with the current visual style.

Also, other miscellaneous fixes and stuff that we do not remember of course!

New playable characters!

New offensive/defensive power-up! Yesterday we implemented a new shield power-up that protects you from enemies and projectiles - and can be used to ram opponents and obstacles without getting you killed in the process.

Been working lately on lots of 'behind-the-scenes' boring stuff that no one really cares about, so here’s a guy playing the sax for some reason.

Updated the chest in the maze, adding sound, particles and better animation. But what's in the chest?

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
