Demo Version 1.0.6

New Additions:

  • Added a mechanic in which enemies may occasionally choose the nearest Patrol Location to the player while patrolling. The chances of this occurring vary by difficulty, topping at 50% on Nightmare mode.

  • Added subtle yellow lighting to interactive objects that may not have been obviously interactive, such as the railing on the second floor or the wall in the yard.

Bugfixes:

  • (HOPEFULLY) fixed the bug in which loading a level would occasionally result in a freeze. Please report to me if you still run into this issue.

  • Fixed a bug in which the Blood Puddles would spawn in at incorrect rotations.

  • Fixed a bug in which the "Deaths" record for a level would default to 0. You will need to delete your save data to see the result of this. (Located in "C:\Users\[YOUR PC USER NAME HERE]\AppData\Local\SMS99\Saved\SaveGames").

  • Fixed the animation timing for certain enemy kill sequences.

  • Other small fixes.

Changes:

  • Using your Stun Mode while inside a Safe Zone will now compromise it. Don't get cocky.

  • Updated the readme.

Making steady progress on all the new content and Quality of Life changes for Casino Casualty's upcoming Steam release. Aiming for February, ideally, but not setting any firm dates yet.

After a few slight delays, #CasinoCasualty will be released before the end of the month.

Making progress. There's a lot of modeling left to do for this update, unfortunately. But we're getting there. Slowly.

September 13th. For real this time.

CASINO CASUALTY - UPDATE VERSION 1.0.9 - AVAILABLE NOW

The game page for my next game release, the FNaF-inspired "CASINO CASUALTY", is live! It is set to release on September 13th, should everything go according to plan.

The new update is officially planned out and set in stone. It's going to be a bit of a departure from the main game, gameplay-wise, and going to take some time. To compensate, it will act as the game's sequel and the conclusion to the story. See you soon.

Well, @gamejolt decided this game is a fangame (which, while it is heavily inspired by what a series I love used to be, it is not a fangame, there are no direct connections to it), so, this game may not have a release on Gamejolt after all. Neat.

How do we feel about gambling in our horror games

(We have pinball, too, but that's for later)

My new small horror project, ATONEMENT, is out now. It's a scavenger horror game featuring music composed by the creator of Slender: The Eight Pages, with similar gameplay to go along with it.
