New sprites

Thanks to @JustYourAverageUTFan we have new ruins tileset

Thanks to @MythHead @Iiiomk and @Newi we also have finished the zoe sprite

Story

I have made few new characters

For the ruins chaper 1 we have finished the entire story. Not that much for ch 2 thought.Mostly for snowdin too. We haven't done that much for the waterfall and anything past that yet.

Ruins we have characters like temmie and bob. The revenge dummy. Napstablock will appear as a 1 time encounter.

And in ch 2 we'll have another innocent monster that will guide the player through the old capital but we still haven't decided if he'll be a goat or a bug kind of monster.

For snowdin chapter 1 there will be a monster that's on a killing spree (i won't spoil that much)

And in chapter 2 there are semi and babybones(aka larry which isn't based on a font but it's reference to something)
