Hello!
This is the first game update this year, and full of new stuff.
This devlog will be pretty short, I’m just going to list the content added in a list you can see below:
New levels!
Levels 2-X Unlocked, with 4 new playable levels.
New Enemies!
3 New enemies has been added in Levels 2-X.
2 New Bosses has been added in Levels 2-X.
New Playable Ship: Scout!
You can now choose between using the fighter or the scout ship.
The scout ship don’t uses the shock wave bomb that the fighter uses, it’s special attack is to become invisible for 6 seconds. While invisible, all tracking shots and enemies will be diverted elsewhere.
New sound effects!
Added some new sound effects to bosses and enemies.
Minor Menu Changes!
Some changes were made in the help menu and also in the select ship menu, to indicate the ship’s attributes, therefore helping you choose between the available ships.
And now, as for task that will be done soon:
Playable ship: Bomber
This one will be a bit different from the other 2 ships, as it will be slow but much more effective in fire power and special attack.
New enemies
There will be at least 2 new enemies levels 2-X
A new boss will also be made for level 2-7 (final level).
Upgrade screen
It’s not final, but the idea is to have a screen between level 1-7 and 2-1, congratulating for you success and also giving you the chance to upgrade one feature in your ship.
This are a few non-final examples: upgrade max fire power; upgrade minimum fire power; install side shot; install rear shot.
And that’s about it, it was supposed to be a short devlog, but, as always, I’ve got taken by the small details!
