Dev update


Had to take a step back to get some of the basics right for collision detection, but now that that’s in place, I’ve introduced death to the game.

Also, added some explosions to pretty things up a bit.

Still a lot to go though. Things like scoring, more death, and an end obviously. Also checkpoints and fleshing out a decent level design.
