Sans was teleported in a "Pretty Blood" to get the project kept loading, when he woke up, he saw a house full of dead, corpse, and deceased bodies, and when he look around, he saw her, then he talks with her, Elma thinks that she saw their intruder, that he was Rinny, but he's actually not, she attacked him and Sans tries to snap her out of it, making her to calm down.
