Development Report #4 - December '20

2 years... It's been 2 YEARS?! Yes, it is. Idk what to tell ya. I'm so bad at making plans. Ah, whatever. I guess i must release an update, eh? So, what have i decided:

1. Skills

F--k leveling up by using skills. That's sucks. You have to spam these skills to just make them a lil' bit more useful. Too boring. I'll change the way you level up those skills. Now you need to get Skill Tokens to level up your skillset. You can get them from sidequests or secrets or even buy in Black Market.

2. Grind

Leveling up 60 characters to max levels is also boring. So, yeah... XP Tokens. I still don't know how to give them to player in best way.

3. Soundtrack

Since game size gone over 200 MB, I decided to reduce the amount of a unique soundtrack. Some minor bosses will share one track while main and important ones get their own unique music (i mean, not my music).

Update will be released asap (more likely in mid January or early Feburary). Time to get serious, dammit!

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
