Development Update #5
I’ve been thinking a lot when working on the new project and I realise this game is nothing more than a showcase of 3D FPS Pacman. The level system here is just going through maze one after another. (Actually I’ve planed it over-ambitiously in the beggining as an open-world RPG :P)Thus, I’ve a new plan now for it.
Level Overhaul Plan
Add in more type of maps such as:
Boss fight level
Introducing Polion as a faction (Mobs with polygon instead of pixel)
That chick in the end of early demo NSFW
“Gunfight level”
New type of mobs
With Projectile
WIthout Projectile
Roguelike + Arcadelike
Fixed amount of level per game session
Each game consist of 10-15 level including maze and fight
Perks no longer for sale but spawn to be looted randomly in specific level
Pix (Currency) system MAYBE removed
Player may swap their gear/gun in the beginning of each game session
Run and Gun
Player hold two gun a time
Left click for damage one
Right click for stun one
Stun the mobs and kill it
Graphical Overhaul & Polish
Redesign the overly simplistic style
Redesign maze wall
Adding light into level
Add more detail on Cubik
Better sound
More sound effect
Various BGM
