Development Update #6

Hello!

*What has been happening?*** **

More than usual, I’ve added more saving codes and things that save such as how many times you have started up the game and your gameid. I am planning to add more than that.

*Any plans?*** **

Yes…. many

Such as?

I want to add settings(Yes Settings!)

What you can do in settings!

Sadly you will not be able to change your controls as could break the game and then I will depend on variables too much!

You may be able to change volume and the game diffculty

You will be able to delete all the data from there

*What else?*** **

I also want to add more ducks! More saves! Achievements! Add your own music… but GameMaker: Studio is sandbox meaning I can’t easily code it to go into your pc/laptop and get files or add files!

How do you save the game then?

If you mean because GM: Studio being sandboxed, you can save in there very very easily but if you mean how do we save the data and load it you press the ESC key to save it and every level it saves it. To load it, I haven’t got working yet

Been working lately on lots of 'behind-the-scenes' boring stuff that no one really cares about, so here’s a guy playing the sax for some reason.

"Thanks guys for endless hours of fun." 👍

Enemies can also suddenly spawn through Realm Rifts. These Rift Spawns are going to be stronger than the ones wandering around. TBD on the enemies... #screenshotsaturday #godstear #madewithunity

Shadow The Hedgehog X pixel art

Updated the chest in the maze, adding sound, particles and better animation. But what's in the chest?

Just a Pico sprite

Heya! I wanted to show some gameplay progress i made so far. I hope you like it ^^

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
