Development Update!

Hello, everyone! Sam here. I wanted to write a more personal announcement today rather than just posting a cryptic teaser or whatnot. In case it wasn't apparent enough, the game is actually nearly complete. aside from a bit of polishing and the last couple additions to the roster. Isn't that crazy? That isn't to say that I plan on revealing the release date. I have a rough estimate in my head right now but I don't want to give any false hope in case something crazy happens that delays it. (Which, fingers crossed, doesn't happen.) But yeah, what a feeling it is to be so close to the finish line. I'm really happy that people have (generally) been really supportive of the game getting finished. We've been pulling out all the stops just to make it perfect and this community has made it really rewarding to do so. I want to make this final update extra special especially for the people who have stuck around here for so long. I also wanted to address some things about the game that I feel are critical to address at this point

There will be no DLC. Aside from bug fixes, the game will not be updated to include any new content after release. What you see is what you get.
There will be no balance changes post release. The game will be balanced by our group of beta testers before launch. I want to avoid a 'prepatched vs patched' scenario for you maxmoders out there.
There are no plans for an extras menu at this time.
The roster has been finalized. No new characters are being considered right now. That is to say, of course, not everyone has been revealed yet.
There will be less cameras than in demo 2. The map has had a big rework since the official trailer was released. This was done to consolidate some characters and make navigating the cameras easier due to the huge increase in roster size. (Plus some cameras were just outright useless in demo 2 lol)
