Hi everyone! It's been a while since the last progress update on this game. Life's been very busy, and this project has been on the back burner for a while now, but I promise this game is still being developed. Now all of the core gameplay mechanics are fully planned out and even implemented to an extent, which was the biggest thing holding this project back.

Now because of that, the release of this game will no longer be put off much longer. Right now it's all a matter of working on assets and polishing every aspect of this project. That by itself will take time, but holding this game to higher standards than all the previous ones will make the wait worth it!

Now to address the elephant in the room. You may have noticed the name has changed several times. It started out as "Boxy's Tycoon 2"; however, making this game a sequel hasn't really turned out to be a good idea since it has almost no similarities with Boxy's Tycoon and nowhere near as much thought was put into the lore or quality in the previous game, especially since nothing about it was taken seriously as more of a joke project. So removing the funny names from the animatronics and completely disconnecting this game from any previous projects by renaming it to "Foxy's Tycoon" felt like a good step forward.

Now I had many ideas for this tycoon game on making the game fun and engaging while letting you control every single aspect of the restaurant, such as minigames, customer reviews, running around the restaurant during the night phase, etc.

However, I've had trouble trying to implement everything seamlessly with the utmost quality.

So I've shifted the game's direction to being a traditional, simpler fangame with the 5-night system and surviving against killer animatronics, which has turned out to be the right move because almost everything programmed with this game fits perfectly with the style, which packs it with tons of content. The final name is "Foxy's Pizza Parlor."

There's no specific release date as of right now, but I'm hoping to release it by the end of the year!
