Hello, I'm Workingman, and I've been working on Faith idea-wise, gameplay-wise, and story-wise for almost 4 years, but it has not been conceptualized into an idea I was willing to push out until today.
Faith is a Third-Person Action game with a very tight moveset and a complex variety of enemies following a split world following a cataclysmic event that created a religious statue that seems like it would be made for killing. Simply put, as I've explained to you in a more advanced way in the description. I want to offer a different approach to storytelling and delve back into things I love about games. I've been replaying a ton of Spec Ops, Tom Clancy Splinter Cell Series, Final Fantasy, (delving into) Chainsaw Man, Devil May Cry, The Last Of Us, and some fantasy ideas I've worked on over the years. Those are all mixtures of ideas I've put it in here, and if that entices you then I welcome you in. I have a big love for parkour, and fast fast-paced movement games, but have found that same big love for the grounded atmosphere, and grounded movement, so I found a way to get my medium out there following a run-down NYC. Though I believe that'll be [Random City Name #1] once the game comes out. I don't think I can play on the name NYC.
I invite you to watch me work on this game, and if the story synopsis and gameplay details entice you in any way, feel free to follow.
I hope to see you again soon.
