DEVLOG 01

We have quite a lot to show all of you! (Mostly because we haven't really shown much up to this point...) But still, the game has been getting worked on in the background, and we are proud to show you all what we have so far!


First of all, we have already showed this off, but here's the game's menu!

(Now do keep in mind that everything here is subject to change, and that includes everything else shown in this devlog.)

Next up we are proud to announce that alongside the singeplayer gameplay, we will also be including a multiplayer mode!

However we will only be revealing the multiplayer at a different date. (But we can promise that it'll be very different to the singleplayer.)

But on that note, something we WILL reveal is the main gameplay's ui.

This ui will be shared between both modes, and will be where the main rythm action happens. Notes and hold notes are seperated into two different sections, as seen here.

Now, for the singleplayer mode, every time you complete a song, you will be given a rank , that shows how well you performed. There are a total of four ranks in the game, all of which can be seen below.

Who knows, maybe if you can manage to get an S rank on every song in the game, you might unlock something. (But no promises.)

Well that's it for today, The game is still very much in development, so we don't have an estimated release date to give you all yet. However the game is getting worked on, and we promise that it's definitely going to be, a game. A playable game. (Maybe even a fun one?)

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
