Devlog #05 - A Tiny break & Updates!

Hello! First of all, I would like to say I took a tiny break to focus on somethings going on in my life and to study a bit for my midterm exams!

Secondly, I have been working on some stuff for the game! In sprite wise, I draw a tree, a ship, and an almost complete human cycle! Yes that is a lot for me!

But from the engine wise, I have been fixing bugs;

  • With the NPC’s script they are become more aware and have better AI when I attack them and what not!

    • NPCs now have the ability to heal when the player is no longer attacking!

  • With the cutscene mode, I made it more user-friendly and actually a functional working cutscene.

  • I made the player to be able to interact with a ship for example and teleport somewhere else! (Rather than only using a door)

  • Fixed the player’s dash

  • I had a particle bug, I fixed that as well

These are background sprites I've created for a game I'm working on at school ^w^ Click on the post to see how the sprites connect. You won't regret it! (personally, I think it's pretty heheh)
