Ok so progress is going well, I've added many gaster blaster attacks and a lot of bones. I'm going to add blue soul next and a few more bone attacks.
This is the game so far:

Don't mind the random 70 on the screen, that's the health, I'm using that variable as a place holder until I feel like coding a new one in. It's honestly really fun to code, and for my first game, this is great! Also, I found a graphic for the gaster blasters, so credit to Axel Hoshi who made it.
