Devlog 4

Hello again,
another week has passed and I have done some changes to the game, so that means it’s devlog time!

Now we have some new models for the game. I prepared 2 new guns, first one is called FN FAL.

Sketchfab model
Some info to the gun, it’s Belgian assault rifle produced since 1953 by company called FN. Weights around 4 kg and uses ammo 7,62 x 51 mm. Cadence can be up to 650-700 shots/minute.
The magazine can hold up to 20 rounds.

The other weapon is called MP5. I bet you know this one!

Sketchfab model
This weapon was constructed since 1966 in Germany by company called Heckler & Koch. It weights around 2,5 kg and uses ammo 9x19mm or other, depending on the model. Cadence can be up
800 shots/minute. The magazine holds up to 15 or 30 rounds.

Next up is a basic character. I am also preparing some animations for this, so stay tuned!

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
