So after a few month hiatus, I'm back working on this, and I've finished the menu.

We also have done work on the papyrus sprite, and our next priorities are attacks and the overworld.

turbowarp sprite folders are really useful.
not even joking it cleans things up so much, especially if you use a lot of sprites.

for no reason in particular I made the cursor sprite of my gms2 engine the dummy and started laughing hysterically when I ran the game
