Yes that’s right! Smash Ringtail Cat: The Ultimate Glitch Annihilator is going to get a Free-To-Play Beta possibly this holiday (although it is NOT confirmed)! 

I managed to get Game Maker Studio 2 installed on my Windows virtual machine via VirtualBox, so I can at least have a way to export my games to both Windows and macOS in 1 place. It may be cumbersome, but it might work out well. 

I might put together some cutscenes before the first official trailer is planned to be released, but don’t worry, because the beta won’t have any major spoilers in terms of story elements, plot points, etc, with the exception of the first 1-2 acts (might not be both acts that will have cutscenes, but rather before and during the first act of the game). I might rule out Act 3 from the beta and instead, make a separate demo of the full game where you can get a chance to play as Bash Red Panda (the 3rd playable character) in the game and skip ahead to Act 4. 

In terms of the new release window for the game, it is still To Be Announced (TBA), but it might be Q3/Q4 2021 or Early 2022, more news to come in the future!
