Devlog- December 16, 2016

Merry Christmas! Happy Hanukkah! All kinds of Holiday spirit! Obscure holiday greetings I don’t know anything about! As I’m sure you are all aware, the Christmas season is swiftly imposing its presence upon us. That means traffic jams the length of the empire state building, annoyingly catchy Christmas jingles, and corporate stores jumping prices 500% just to slap a 45% off tag on it and call it a sale. Well not me. This year, my Christmas gift to you is actually something I’ve been thinking about for a while.

I have three things I want to complete before long; the new melee weapon (#twinsaw), a mech unit, and a new type of big monster(You’ve seen his picture on here).

Your job is to let me know which you would like to see first: Twinsaw, Bigfoot, or Chugger. Just post a comment below and I’ll let you know which one has won on December 23rd.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
