First things first - We've reached 50 followers already, that's pretty awesome!
Anyway, let's talk about the very basic mechanics real quick. You might've noticed that the game's name, office, map layout, and a few mechanics bear resemblance to Travis' Test. It shouldn't be a surprise that this is esentially an expanded version of said game in many ways. That being said, it's also very different in many ways.
Characters are no longer added at pure random, you get to choose which one to add each time.

Unless you're on a higher difficulty, in which case you may have a choice that is unknown to you.
A criticism over Travis' Test's Charger mechanic was that it was esentially a music box, so it got reworked in a pretty major way.

It now has its own subtank that it charges over time. This charge speed gets faster the more power it already has stored. in other words, it's balatro money interest Then, once you press the button, it converts all its power to yours. Essentially, it's a cool little timing minigame to get your power instead of holding the button down for a majority of the night (also, it even charges when you're doing something else, so you really don't have to babysit it if you don't want to).
Lastly, the camera has a lot more things going on for it than it had before. A good chunk of the roster now utilizes it in some way, as opposed to it being used for one character exclusively. At the same time, none of them should feel like they're interchangable characters, as they still behave differently.

I think that's about enough for now, stay tuned for more info about your favourite blue cat that isn't candy fnac or sugar trtf
