Devlog No3 (Prealpha 3 Release)


After a few days of slow development (I should consider quiting my job!) here is the new prealpha version of the game. Fixed some bugs, introduced some new characters & more bugs… Overall, it took the game one step further!

You can download the release here. Don’t forget, you need the RPG Maker VX Ace RTP! You can download it here by choosing “RPG Maker VX Ace” and then scrolling down and pressing “Agree and download the RPG Maker VX Ace RTP”.

Prealpha 3 Changelog

  • Fixed bug in the beginning of the gameplay, where you couldn’t move until the color tint has changed.

  • Enabled dashing in the ground level of the Inn

  • Added dungeon entrance to the ground level of the Inn. It is not yet ready, but you can take a look.

  • Fixed bug where the Bard would ask you to pay him each time you where passing through the Inn’s entrance. Also, made him leave the entrance, as he would stick there some times.

  • Added the Pub

  • Added some story progression

  • Some empty areas were covered by new houses & a new forest part

  • Edited the difficulty of the enemies. The game is even easier, but the difficulty will be adjusted when I am ready to get the game out of Prealpha.

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
