Objects now lag behind the camera rotation, and no longer go through walls

Been looking everywhere for a editing software, but in the middle of that, I made more footsteps

I was in the first 58 people to get this cape!

Update: Trying to package my project, and this is popping up. Anyone know how to fix this?

Idk what I did, but this error started popping up. I've tried everything to fix it, but I think the files corrupted.
