Jesus christ actually did exists in islam because there's some prophets named isa and also referred to as "jesus christ in islam" by everyone. However, isa is also completely different from Christianity which he's actually human as well as one of greatest prophets and messengers of allah (God) so he's not divine anymore
He was goes by his name called "Al-Masih" which arabic word for "the Messiah". Muslims believes that he's not died or get crucified/resurrected, they believes that he was alive but raised to heaven. Both isa and jesus are aleo considered different in life stories and others
His full name was called "ʿĪsā ibn Maryam" which means "Jesus, son of Mary", same with also his archenemy who goes by name "ad-dajjal" (the False Messiah) who is associate with disbelief (kufr) and has one eyes
