The one people always bring up, the one that says Frisk and Chara's genders are up to player interpretation?

I had seen a lot of people bringing it up as evidence that Kris in DELTARUNE is also up to interpretation, and I thought that made no sense so I wanted to go look at that tweet to make sure I knew what I was talking about first.

The weird thing is that I couldn't find it.

I skimmed through Toby's tweets and replies from after Deltarune 1 but then read every single pre-deltarune tweet from him (I was really bored and had nothing else to do) and I didn't see him ever even discussing Frisk or Chara. I stopped reading at the tweet where Toby said he was about to start programming for Undertale, is it somewhere before that?

I've seen so many people talk about this tweet that it'd be strange for it to not exist, so did I miss it somehow? I want to see it so I can know what it says for when other people bring it up lol.

The only tweet I found that was potentially relevant was one where Toby said none of his tweets were canon, meaning that if this tweet does exist it might not even be true!

Has anybody seen this tweet??? It has to exist, there's no way so many people believe it exists just because someone told them it does, and the person who told them only believes it exists because somebody else told them it exists, going all the way back to the person who made up the tweet.

I'm just so confused lol
