He's literally harder than Mr. Sandman, and his 2nd & onward fight in the arcade game is the strongest version of him in the entire franchise. Makes you question how he had to lose 99 fights before his 1st win (& whom that first win was to. Probably Tyson, but that's debatable).
I don't get why Joe's so strong in his fights after you win the champion belt. I also don't get why he isn't this strong in any other installment in the Punch Out series.
