I've been having this problem for a while now, tried chaging settings to make the recorded gameplay better while keeping it's quality but nothing seems to help.
(P.s: i'm using the Xbox game bar to record playthroughs).
How can I fix this?

Does anyone know how to make a game not lag while recording It?
I've been trying to record a Fnati Max mode run, but my game lagged a lot during it. However, in the first run I did without recording, i've beat it first try + the game was way more smooth
