It may be hard to believe, but this was once the Game Jolt client, but ever since I installed Windows 11, it started showing this. I thought it was corrupted because it was on my boot drive, so I deleted it and reinstalled it. It didn't work. Please help.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
