New oc time!! This is Katta, she's Quotas roommate and step-sister. Kattas father married Quotas mother fairly recently, both katta and Quota were above 16 when their parents got married. They get along well, hence why they're roommates!

Btw this is my backpack for school. It's loud af so you can hear me coming from a mile away. Also: the dice accessory in the lower left is the bane of my existence. It already broke 3 times, one of which was 20 minutes ago. I already lost one die.
