Carmel comes from a rich family and had a pretty easy life, she was smart and pretty. A combination difficult to obtain. But this wasn't the life she wanted so at 15 she moved out it an older friend dorm room while he was in school. She would help him with his work and he'd pay her, simple.

Eventually her name was everywhere since she was missing from her family. When she was finally old enough she enrolled in a community college for behavioral science, psychology and to be a therapist or writer if thing went downhill. But little did she know she had a target on her back, placed by Daddy Dearest. The only reason he's going for her is because her dad had a debt he needed to pay when he was younger and didn't, still hasn't. So why not go for the thing he loves, being his daughter (who he doesn't know is alive 🤡)

So Daddy dearest assigns Pico, Darnell and Nene to go capture her and bring her back, or just kill her. So the three snuck into the school and Pico blended in her class as some new student.

Besides that they were getting ready to swap classes and all the door were locked, and on the intercom Darnell said this is an intruder alert and Carmel being the nerd she was ran away and Pico ran right after her. They fought blah blah blah. And Pico did shoot her but she didn't die, she just spat out the bullet. And to their surprise she was immortal, she had an infinity sign on her wrists and the back of her neck.

So they kidnap her instead and before Daddy dearest could finish his monologue Carmel agrees to pay him the debt, and is now added into the team since she can't die, and is pretty strong. But Pico still hates her. She hates him too but it's more like a hate hate relationship (keyword relationship) they're just messing around with each other when they're mean.
