The game was a dumb idea, I'm sure a baby with no brain stem could see that, but eh, people cancel games all the time and I wanted to finally give something that wasn't just disappointment, but DTR wasn't it. I tried writing for a bit and I'm doing okay so far, but I probably should have thought more about making a game about a story that was dead in the water. Plus, the story wasn't as good as I thought, as it started out good, but turned into the original with extra steps. The project was doomed from the start. Even if I got a team built up, but still, fangames especially in this community have a reputation of just shitting out a demo and fading from existence, but I will say, this is a reason among others, such as constant drama, that I'm leaving the community, and so far, I feel much more free.
