Set several years after the events of Fazbear Frights: The Horror Attraction, the abandoned attraction is rediscovered when a developer purchases the land for a new entertainment complex. During the demolition process, construction workers unearth a hidden underground level that was never on the blueprints. This sealed-off area contains forgotten remnants of the attraction, including animatronic prototypes, blueprints, and remnants of experiments never meant to see the light of day.

You play as Jordan Reese, an investigative journalist who specializes in urban legends and paranormal phenomena. When you receive an anonymous tip about strange occurrences at the site, you sneak into the still-partially-intact Fazbear Frights ruins at night, hoping to uncover the secrets buried within. Little do you know, you’ve just walked into a labyrinth of horrors where the past refuses to stay dead.
