Remember when we rolled out different types of game keys last week? Well, we’ve already built upon that system.
Check out my post about managing game access through keys if you haven’t already!
The current news system allows you to send news to all of your followers, while also making the post public on your game page. This is great for announcing new releases of public games and posting progress as you work on your game.
But what if you only want to communicate with a specific group of people, like your testers? Well, now you can!
Simply create a news post as you normally would and select the User key group you’d like to send to. Far easier than pie!

Only the people in that key group will have access to the news post, and if they’re following your game, they’ll get a notification as well.
I think this is a really integrated solution for gathering feedback as you develop. Write up a news post on what’s new/what to test, and then simply send it out to a specific tester key group. Only they will have access to the news, and are able to offer feedback through comments on the post!
