Endless Dream 0.1.0: Pre-Alpha Uploaded At Last! Long Dream meets Little Prince?

I would not believe how long it took for me just to get this ready to be testable. The passed few days I was really hit with a burst of enthusiasm with ideas to construct the world of this game. I really hope that when people play this game, they feel the way Le Petit Prince made me feel when I read it for the first time. I loved the concept of floating through space with minimum consequences with really just exploration on your mind and a sense of loneliness.

I want this game to be magical for someone. I want this game to awaken the existential crisis lying in you. I want this game to comfort you when it does awaken it.

Let's see, this games title is inspired by...well a lot of things but I realized that it truly makes me think about Junji Ito's the Long Dream. Specifically in this quote "Someone who lives beyond the darkness."

In this game you are someone who was lost in space and ready to enter hypersleep possibly for eternity. Something that could be thought of as an endless state of dreaming. Until you finally die an to an even more final eternity. You reflect on this during your last meal before hypersleep. Ready to surrender to the unknown. Somewhere that lies beyond the darkness.
