From what i have seen this is roughly the shape of the skullpiercier it is tall slender and has a sharp skull with black featurless eyes it has a tounge that it hides under the skull too it is very docile unless disturbed. It will tear the wanderer apart if you anger it of course. It has been seen fihgting other entities such as hounds, howlers, skinstealers, partygoers, and anything agressive that attacks or bothers it, it is mostly found in levels such as level 0.00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 witch we will talk about later and
