The angelic delusion days:

Ephrata was a being in The Prince's realm, after the gate between worlds (the event that allowed paranormal beings to enter the real world back in 1204) Ephrata was brainwashed to believe he is the Archangel Michael. He would arrive in various important historical events since, spreading his message of "love" and "divinity", altering history as we know it. The tale of the sky observing messenger had spread across Europe. during the beginning of the Renaissance he was attacked by a 25 year old man, the people around him began to attack the man due to the delusion Ephrata inflicted on them. Killing him brutally by breaking his ribcage and skull. Ephrata crawled inside the dead man and took him over, flying away attempting to reach heaven for the first time after feeling accomplished, only then did he find out there was no heaven, no angels, no divinity, just violence and fear. He would reach speeds so fast his body got lit on fire and burned into nothing, feeling free, knowing there is nothing more for him to do. The Prince was furious at the news of Ephrata's death, but decided to not revive him out of pure rage. And just like that Ephrata was forgotten.

The online cryptid days:

During the rise of internet communication boards, The Prince got randomly reminded of Ephrata after hearing about chainmail letters. He rebuilt his body and rewired his brain to forget about angels or anything related to the past. Ephrata spends his time under the alias of Evan Holler, a long gone child that lived in the west region of France that happened to disappear due to a paranormal incident. He messages random users, attempting to learn more about them, their location, appearance, fears. And getting on video call with them, ultimately sealing their fate as a statistic. No face, no voice, they now belong to him. He succeeded, they know of him now, and he's not going anywhere, because he's everywhere.

At first a seemingly caring but unaware of his wrongdoings entity, after discovering the truth of his existence he becomes somber but accepts his fate. Currently he is a playful and very talkative person, often choosing to ramble about random unrelated things. He can be easily distracted even while messaging prey. He doesn't take his job seriously, and has a very crude sense of humor that his victims will know.
