Huge update for splat2D fans :)

This running natively on the steam deck, this does not imply splat2D is coming to steam not happening

That rouge-like shoot-'em-up has actually had a small amount of progress in the past few months.

For some reason I didn't work on it for months until today. But I added the shooting, so it's going somewhere, I guess.
