Fluffy Now is on 0.25 tick instead of a 0.5 tick

Fluffy Now can do up to 3 speed ups after the first 120 seconds

Fluffy now has a jumpscare sound

Text now disappears after the first bomb sprite change

Peter Spawns closer to the center

Peter doing a rotation is slightly rarer, also bounce on edge is no longer only during a rotation

Reduced his Min timer by a decent bit 120,45 -> 45,30

The min time reduction happens at 240 seconds instead of 120 seconds
