Alter Dr. Golden from Mega Merge Max Mix (in the Virtual World), after developing with his most sinister plan yet, that instead of defeating his oponent. He can gain great benefits by establishing a new rules of the new game by making a deal with the player (in case here: Silent from Sonic Forces: Afterwards Actualize, in the Actual World.)

Among other things...
He will upgrade into the Modern version, where he will become even more dangerous and thus he will change to Dr. Golden "Prepare-Up!" of Fierce Forces.

But, this is also a reference to the episode from Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog - Zoobotnik.
