In "The True Promise" I have new oc's and some oc's from other stories too! My favorite and newest oc that's being made is someone who started the whole plot of "The Promise" (aka Project's Promise) basically.

His name is Nelson Hades, in TTP he is 325 years old. He hasn't been fully designed yet but he is a vampire! And he goes by the name "The Scientist" and is the master mind and villain of this new story but is also the watcher of the corrupted government at the same time.

His backstory is very different from other oc's but he is one of the most powerful characters in the world that I have written. And with him being one of the most powerful, that becomes a challenge for our main hero Zion. Who will win, or will neither of them win?

More information about Nelson will be published soon, but for now! I wouldn't mind if anyone gives me some ideas for Nelson's appearance for the story. If you have any ideas, just let me know!
