So, You may notice that Chi Chi Is in the teaser. And Yes, That is phantom Chi Chi.

Now, The reason why Phantom Chi Chi is in the game cause I wanted to add some extra things that were never in the the Original ONAG 3. Also just to note, Phantom Chi Chi is not canon, Even tho Evelyn made the edited model.
