fully typing telamon's code will now slightly increase the kill timers of builderman and shedletsky (both modes)
exploiters mode builderman's kill timer is 0.7s second shorter, and is an extra 1s shorter with crazy bois off
rebooting systems in exploiters mode now takes 0.05% less power
