Fabricant: Episode 1(Beta2) - Many new features and good news!


Hello, guys! It’s been a long time, since I’ve posted my last update article. So here it is, I’ve plenty of good news to share with you!

Episodes

As some of you may already know.. since the beta 1 was out, I was trying to make some kind of survey. I’ve been asking there - “Would you like game in episodes, or a full game at once?”. Majority of voters wanted 2-3 episodes. So, yeah.. the game will be in episodes. This option can make things faster and the single episodes will be out sooner :)

Episode 1 should be out in Early June(70%) or in VERY late May(30% of chances)

New Features

There are planty of changes and new features. The most imporant one is that, player has actually an animated human body!

Smaller features:

  • Lantern changed to chemlight(attached to the body)

  • Some cinematic sequences!

  • Chasing monsters!

  • More scary gameplay!

  • Less linear gameplay!

  • Optional collectables(pictures, notes)

  • Few more achievements(They aren’t viewable in the menu for now)

  • Hiding in closets(Very W.I.P)

  • Voiceacting by Zalzar

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!
