Hexpath update 0.4.0 is out!

Everything is going well on the coding end! To be honest, I am just procrastinating doing the modeling.

New Facility: Power Off update! I made 049-2 quieter, and 049 louder and fixed a few bugs, but mainly, I added: Challenges and Cheats! You can see all of them in the attached picture.

Added an options menu!
