Level 72 consist of an attic similar to Level 19. The attic is black and white and has the Level 12 effect. The only exception is the picture of entities, the entity will be seen but the rest will censor. The level's entities are Smilers, Partygoers, Skin-Stealers, The Mangled, and Windows. Smilers glow green and are the only color in the level, the others glow a bright white and can only be identified by their shape. The level also has crates that have either flint, dead rats, syringes, bags, and rotten food. The Windows however, instead of consuming the victim will give a sense of dread and anxiety. There is also a level exclusive entity, The Stare. The Stare will watch wanderers and wanderers with weapons will have their weapons disappear and a sense of heavy dread. The Level itself is attic styled "halls" that require you to crouch or crawl.

The Level has a a small amount of mirrors that show the outside, these windows can be broken and when gone through it sends you to Level 10.1 and the Level can be entered from Level 20 by finding a window that shows a GR3Y GR3Y GR3Y GR3Y GR3Y attic area.
