Backstory:

Harvey was your average employee at Aether Foundation, capturing Ultra Beasts, caring for hurt Pokémon, and making an Aether Paradise. However, on one fateful day, he tried to playback a signal, but he ended up in a hallucination. It was nightmare fuel all over again, with haunting specters of other Aether Foundation Employees, frightening him and causing him to attack them. A voice called to him, "Do you see? They are of no value. You have to cense the foundation for they are ghosts. Set all of the pocket monsters free. You ARE the one."

Harvey snaps back into reality, revealing that he killed everyone, minus Ayana, Otto, Faba, Wicke, and Lusamine. "Lusamine, Harvey attacked the employees! They're all down!" Ayana yelled. Harvey, now with darker hair and a minor alteration to his outfit & eyes, decided to tell Aether Foundation with one quote: "You are of no value. I must cleanse the foundation for you are ghosts. I shall set all of the Pokémon free. I AM the one." "Calling All Employees," Lusamine annnounced. "Harvey has gone rogue! Capture on sight! Repeat, capture Harvey on sight!"

Harvey then ran to Lusamine's office, avoiding all attacks towards him and sucks the life out of Lusamine, making her as pale and thin as a skeleton, transforming her into Descension. The rogue employee now gains a darker suit, darker hair, with a hint of red, and black eyes with white pupils and a fully black mouth that bleed black ooze, plus the Aether Foundation symbol on that suit. Faba, Wicke, Otto, and Ayana, shocked at what Harvey did, screamed, "HARVEY TOOK OUT OUR PRESIDENT!" The latter wasn't even shocked. He slowly turned to the former two and went crazy on them.

He karate chopped Wicke's head, spliting it open and made her Wickedness, bit Faba's left arm and torn off his right arm & right hip side, turning him into Ascension, and performed Jax's arm-ripping Fatality on Otto, broke his visor, and smashed his mouth piece, making him Oblivion. Ayana spoke, "What have you done, Harvey?" Harvey slowly walked towards her, shifting into an unspeakable horror, with bloodshot eyes, the Aether Scar is now deeper, tears on his eye sockets, darker suit, pale skin, & blood around his eyes and scar and on his, hands and shoes, before telling her:

"I... am... Aether."

Aether kills Ayana, by ripping her left arm off (with his mouth (making him drool blood)), severed her lower jaw (exposing her top teeth, spine, and tongue), and popped her left eye out, transforming her into Abyss, as Aether laughs evilly. The Alola region and the Aether Foundation building will never be safe from the monster, formerly known as Harvey.
