According to Wikipedia, this clip is now in the public domain because someone forgot to renew the rights to this Mickey Mouse short in the past, which caused it to enter the public domain early
yeah i found the background from happymouse.avi remake too is from an episode from Betty Boop (not probably in the public domain this background 4 now)
