NOTE: I didn't include FLaF nor TJOC because they're both demos currently, I'll likely update the tier list once they both fully release.
I also wanna give some clarification for some of the placements in this list:
FNaF 1: Its placement in S tier is not only because I do quite like the game and think it's held up great, but also because of it being the og. THIS was where the series started, and without it we wouldn't have gotten this whole franchise. So I feel placing it in S was the only real place I could put it.
Security Breach: Here's the thing.... I actually kinda liked SB. Don't get me wrong, the state it released in was completely unacceptable and it has many questionable design choices. But I played the game AFTER it had received all of its patches and long after hearing about all its flaws and issues. So not only was I playing the most "stable" version of the game, but my expectations were already set as I knew what I was getting myself into. And I think all of that allowed me to appreciate SB a lot more, and I generally had a surprisingly good time with the game. It's still flawed as hell, hence why I can't place it any higher than C tier, but I can't bring myself to rank it any lower either.
FFPS: Everything about the game is great..... except the office sections. Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of them, they have really great tension but the gameplay itself is kinda bleh imo. And because they're required to progress through the game it majorly bogs the game down for me. If the office sections weren't required or just had better gameplay, FFPS would definitely be ranked higher.
Fury's Rage: Fighting games just aren't really my thing. Plus the game's mechanics are pretty barebones. It's engaging for what it is but it ain't rocking my world.
FNaF AR: Someone had to go in F tier and yeah AR drew that straw. I actually really liked AR when it first came out, but as the game went on and received more updates it just eventually became a bit of a mess. Microtransactions that might as well be thievery with how expensive they were, Illumix being adamant about giving us more skins rather than actual new characters, most of the animatronic encounters not really utilizing the AR aspect to its fullest, and a gameplay update late into its life that completely ruined the basic animatronic encounters. And plus the fact that you can't even play the game anymore after the servers shutdown and yeah man, AR had it rough. I wish I could place the game higher, because it started off really promising, but Illumix unfortunately shot themselves in the foot with this one.
FNAC Remastered: I'm biased as hell towards the FNAC series. The original FNAC 1 was the first FNaF game I EVER played, so it really means a lot to me in that regard. So the remaster's placement in S tier next to FNaF 1 is primarily out of me being biased as hell.
ONaF trilogy: Jonochrome bad, games still good.
EDIT 12/28/25: After thinking about it more, I decided to move FNaF 2 up to B tier. Felt wrong placing it below SB so I threw it a bone. FNaF 2 enjoyers rejoice!
