Level 829.7 appears to be a large Panopticon Prison spanning several floors, all surrounding a central watch tower. Where one guard Faceling resides. The Rooms and halls of this level are ridded with entities. And the layout and structure can be confusing, but not non-linear. Theories suggest Level 829.7 used to be different. Popularly thought to be a endless grass field with a hole in the middle. But it hasn't been confirmed. As attempting to leave this levels walls without getting sent to another level has thus far been unsuccessful.

Enter a Prison door on Level 829

Noclip into a Cell Door on Level 3

Continue up Level 9223372036854775807 until you find a step with "829.7" etched into the stone. Than jump as if you are entering Level 94.

Exits:

Reaching the top floor and entering a certain room, which is random for every wanderer. Can lead to level 830.

Getting to the top of the watch tower and noclipping can land you in Level 1 or level 11

Exploring the halls for long enough can lead you to Level 2.

Noclipping into a Prison Cell can lead to Level 3.
