So its be 3 years of development. What have I been working on? Alot of content that is. I decided the time is now to show everything. as I have kept all this under the wraps for years.
I didn't want to spoil things but everyone has been so supportive of me as of late and I realized you would all love to see some of the years of progress.
So what has been in the works? What I want to show off today is fazbear waterpark
As its the final salvage night location you go to I wanted to base it off a waterpark I went to called wild water works. The hue of the place is green because of summer rain I guess and the place is left to rot.
In fredbear's 3 a big theme is the new water and weather systems. Because this game is themed around summer I thought having rainy and aquatic areas fit it. you will see these systems through out the campaign and I think they work wonders of adding depth to the locations you travel to.
The waterpark is also implied to be bigger than it actually is through a boss challange night where an animatronic megalodon will appear. But that wont be the only shark in the location. Hard mode challenge night of fazbear waterpark has another one >:D
Despite some issues of the location's design im happy that I made it back in summer of 2020. I really had a funtime with it. I am reworking some of the AI in challenge night soon so the gameplay is more up to chicas standards since there are gameplay issues with challenge night. I still think it will be fun. Fazbear waterpark is my favorite location from this game.
Now what about the challange nights I showed in the photos?
Well they are something I haven't shown much of. I actually made them 2 years ago now I think. But I think they will be fun nights. The siren head knockoffs are spotlight heads that have a long range of sight and will hunt you down if you wander too far much into the frostlands, The Second one shows toy springbonnie in an amusement park during a civil war, he just kind of exists and wanders around. Then third one shows the angler fish monster. That guards vital components you need to repair your tanker ship. I already explained my design reasons for that in past dev logs as I have with many other challenge nights so I wont repeat myself here. I am posting this more to give a closer look.
I hope this states the hunger you all had for Fredbear's 3 news. Theres alot more but its not easy to explain it all with words. Just know this game will have tons of content. I do admit I think chicas is more up to modern quality. I think Fredbear's 3 still will be a game people will love because its classic Jordanisgreat free roam fangame. where people can do whatever they want and have fun!

So expect to see some of my halo maps be ported to future Fredbear's games as maps. Of course they will be edited to fit the setting. but Reusing resources goes a long way to save development time.

So The benefit of having over thousands of dollars worth of dinosaur models is that Adding them to the game takes barley any effort as all the work was already done. Animatronic Ceratosaurus is happy to become the 2nd phase boss fight for umbra XD
